Young Goondiwindi cricketers will be able to get some great tips on how to play the game when a former Bull comes to town.

Brisbane Heat and Queensland Bulls' batsmen Nathan Reardon will be hosting a cricket clinic in the September holidays at Riddles Oval.

Nathan was born in Chinchilla and had a 12-year professional playing career. He now wants to pass that on to budding young cricketers, boys and girls, throughout the state. Coming from Chinchilla he knows how the "bush" is a breeding ground for great talent but they don't always get the helping hand easily accessibly by their city cousins. "It's why I love coming out to places like Goondiwindi," he said.

Nathan Reardon cricket coaching is a private coaching business based out of Brisbane.

"I'd love to see as many keen cricketers enjoy the two-day clinic.

"It will be a lot of fun."

Day 1 - 30th September. Day 2 - 1st October. Group 1: 8.30am - 12pm. Group 2: 1pm - 4.30pm. Clinic to be held at Riddles Oval and costs $80pp. To register email nathanjreardon@gmail.com
