Goondiwindi man found with 'meth' and a pipe

An 18 year-old Goondiwindi man has been found with "meth" and a pipe.

At 8.10pm on Thursday, October 10, Police intercepted a vehicle on Marshall Street, Goondiwindi.

Inside the car were residents from Goondiwindi. Police conducted a search.

One passenger was an 18 year-old man.

Police located a used drug pipe and a clip seal bag containing methylamphetamine.

The man was arrested and later released on bail for one count of possessing dangerous drugs and one count of possessing a drug utensil.

At 9.30am on Sunday, October 6, Police intercepted a vehicle in Marshall Street, Goondiwindi.

The 48 year-old male driver from Goondiwindi was subjected to a roadside drug test which was positive.

At 6.26pm on the Wednesday, October 9, Police intercepted a vehicle driving along the Leichhardt Highway. The 37 year-old male driver from Wandoan was subjected to a roadside drug test which returned positive.

At 1.35am on Saturday, October 12, Police intercepted a vehicle on Winton Street, Goondiwindi. The 20 year-old man from Goondiwindi was subjected to a breath test. He went .090.
