Due to the accident the Millmerran-Inglewood-Texas Jets and Goondiwindi were named joint-premiers. In the girls tag league, the Tenterfield Tigers were poised to take on Goondiwindi. The game was postponed but yesterday the Goondiwindi decided not to contest the match. “Our girls have graciously decided not to contest the premiership. As a club we couldn't be prouder of the compassion shown by our Leaguetag team and the maturity they have shown giving up a chance at a premiership out of respect and love for members of our Gundy Boars family,” the Club said. Goondiwindi was named Club Champions.
