For all those unhappy campers who are kicking themselves for missing the boot camp held earlier in the year, there is good news.
Boot Camp 8 begins this Monday, November 9 at 5.30a.m, and as always, all are welcome.
Trainers Grant Frost, Nathan Gore and Adrian Herde have a new program ready and new locations picked out to make sure their workouts are varied and continue to challenge the stayers and surprise the newcomers.
“We also want to impress upon would-be campers that we cater for all ages and all levels of fitness.
“Everyone does the same exercise but we get some to do five, others to do 20. It will depend on the ability of each person and what they can achieve,” Nathan said.
The camp goes for five weeks and is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings starting at the PCYC at 5.30a.m to 6.45a.m.
