It's Gourmet time - and the whole region is invited

SEE you there! Tony Geery is a regular at Gourmet in Gundy and it’s not too hard to tell why. The food and wine festival is the finale of a weekend which will have the whole region talking for weeks. It all begins with the Gourmet Art Exhibition opening at Fairway Studios, Luke’s open mike night at the Queesland Hotel and a Gundy Medical Centre Health muster on Friday night. On Saturday, there’s a cooking class, the Gourmet Races, a concert by Ami Williamson and the Gundy Gun Club two-day shoot begins. Which all leads in to Gourmet in Gundy on Sunday when 1500 to 2000 people flock to the banks of the Macinyre River at the Community Centre. Many will literally fly in as part of the annual Macintyre Aero Club get-together. And if that’s not enough for you, then a post-Gourmet party will be held at O’Shea’s Royal Hotel.
